Opel Corsa problem

    I've been having a spot of car trouble recently, so I come here looking for guidance.

    The problem:
    Basically the car seems to run fine when moving at speeds above 20km/ph. But below that it struggles with power, and when sitting idle the car sounds like it's being revved over and over again.

    I have an 05 1L Opel Corsa and have left it into the mechanics, but they have had it a week without any real notion of what the problem is. The mechanic says that they checked the coil springs and Spark Plugs, but that these are not causing the issue. Whether he actually did those things or not though, I cannot say. He now maintains it could be an electrical problem.


    Just got a the timing Chain done in December so I'm willing to bet it isn't that (Hopefully).


    Any help or information anybody may have is greatly appreciated!
