    Hi
I went to take money from bank of Ireland machine and the machine said transaction is being requested, but the machine timed out and went out of order, leaving me with no cash. I contacted permanent tsb who said it would be sorted in 10 days.after 3 weeks and numerous calls to them, the second last call it was told money would be back in my account by end of the day. Rang again after the weekend to be told they had been in contact with boi and the money was taken so there's nothing they can do.Could anybody please give me advice on how to get my money back. Is it a matter for a solicitor?
