drylining cost?

Hi all, can anyone tell me what the cost it is to dryline the internal of a house per sq meter. the old walls are just dot and dabbed. Is it ok to drill new insulation boards over them? iv about 65 boards to put up, window boards, rads etc to come off aswell.
