You'll find a lot of information on the later pages of the "MilkRound" threads in this forum. It should give you a good idea of what to expect. Generally it's a competency based interview. They competencies they assess can generally be found on their website in the graduate careers section. So make sure you have plenty of examples of situations in your life were you displayed those traits.
