Printer wont print from computor,laptop

When I go to try print something from laptop or computer the printer goes through the motions that it is printing but no print appears on the paper, when I use the copy function to copy a page print happens so not sure what issue is, been a while since I used printer and I have new ink inserted that works but not from…

Update the printer drivers on both computers and see what happens.
