Whenever I put the Heating on I usually just put it to the On Switch and don't bother with Clock or setting it. Last couple of times I did happen to notice alright that the light for the clock-switch which I never go near, comes on anyway, even though I don't set Timer for it. Now at the minute there's no Heating being provided at all. Ice coooooollldddd. Does this mean my Oil is gone or would there be something wrong with the Heating-System? Totally zero idea and knowledge about Heating. T.i.a.

It sounds like you're just using the override switch to switch the heating on and off. You will need to begin by checking your oil tank to see if you have enough oil. You shouldn't let it run too low either as it's likely to pick up dirt or water from the bottom of the tank.
If it is empty then you will also need to get the system bled. Some Oil delivery companies will do this for you.
