Jesus a summons could take a long time to come through.
Then the date could be equally far away.

I'm glad you were caught, makes me wonder how many lads like you i meet on the road everyday.
Some amount of threads like this lately, they should all be closed.

You'll get the fine for nct within a fortnight. No insurance is a day in court and you could be waiting 8 months for the summons. Just when you'd think you're getting away with it. You can expect a fairly big fine and at least 5 points.

You have to show up in court or they'll issue a warrant for your arrest.

    Legal advice isn't permitted here.

You're also in a whole world of sh1t.

Get yourself a Solicitor buddy. Asking strangers on the internet how to undo your mess isn't the best of ideas.

Yep. Crime is on the up ha. You have to show up in court as far as I know. That's what my solicitor told me anyway. You wont have to say or do anything just stand up when your case is called. Solicitor and just will do all the talking
