I agree, and the best of luck to him he has done really well.

Unfortunately plenty of his countrymen will begrudge his success, may the jealously consume them.

Sadly be-grudgers will always exist. I know a few lads from home that are working with in Australia and they cant speak highly enough of him.

Continued success to him for the future.

Yep plenty on here as well

I don't know him at all, but he seems to be intelligent, skilled, ballsy and had a bit of luck on his side. All the ingredients for a continued success I hope.

My company used Mondords last year, we were in a bit of trouble, needed a gang of lads not afraid of hard work and getting dirty.
Declan and his lads stepped up and made us look very good to the client.
Was a breath of fresh air working with a company again that just got stuck in and did the job without all the nonsense we usually have to listen to.
Best of luck to him, good businessman and has a good crew supporting him.

Fair play. I wonder could he imagine a parallel universe if he had stayed in Ireland, what would have become of him?
