Police/Garda Record

    I am in the process of setting up a company in another country and they have asked (amongst many other documents) for my Police Record. I have no police record or have ever been charged with anything.

    How do I got about getting a letter which says the same from the Gardai? Bear in mind I don't live in Ireland anymore.

    Your local Superintendent in the area where you used to live.

    Cheers for that, the email just said Police record. I will apply for the full one now just in case.

    Terenure was my local station, I left 6 years ago and I believe it has shut down since then. How would I find out who my local Superintendent is?

    Terenure garda station isn't shut down? Ask Paul Murphy that's where the garda hauled him off to the other day

    Yeah, what I was told was wrong. I called them (Terenure GS) and they were very helpful. I sent and Email to the superintendent so we will see what the next step is. Thanks for all your replies.
