How can I have make a blank template in Weebly

I have started to use weebly to make a simple website. Most of the weebly websites are based on using design templates but I would like to begin a website with blank template.

Does anybody know how to do this?

http://www.wix.com/website/templates/html/blank/1 - there is one called 'Start from Scratch'. This is directly from the Wix website so it may have been better to search there before posting

I think that one is for wix. I'm looking for one for weebly. Or can that one for wix be used for weebly as well.

I just need to upload a blank weebly page as all the ones available have designs or templates
