Buying off Aliexpress

So I bought a couple of jerseys of Aliexpress and I clearly told seller to put the right customs info etc. He put the value down to 27USD for 6 jerseys, which was definitely wrong, they cost me at 11USD per jersey.
So DHL started holding my package etc. and asked for proof of purchase which I gave, they also charged my admin fee which worked out at 10E on top of customs/vat=34E.
So this 10E would not have occurred if he had just put the correct value down, and I also would not have to wait an extra week for the jerseys.
So I filed complaint of 10E and got refund, later to see this is the messages and abuse I got from him:

    I feel upset for you
and want to xxxx you (okay....)
you are a very very bad seller - (wtf, I am the seller ?)
    the bad bad bad one
    your mother bxxch

Should I do something about this, as in go to aliexpress and file a complaint against him ?

    Most certainly lodge a complaint.

DHL charge that admin fee whenever there is a customs charge. It's nothing to do with having the wrong value on the package, if the seller had put the correct value you would have been charged customs duty/VAT and DHL would have applied the same admin fee.

I'd still complain about the response and name-calling from the seller, but the admin fee is not their fault.

Yes, but I would atleast not have to wait 1 extra week for the jerseys.
Ill probably lodge a complaint but cant see anything done about it.

Ali Express are actually pretty strict about this kind of thing, and name-calling is clearly unacceptable. Did you click the "open dispute" button?

You'd have been charged a few euro more and still would have had the wait if he labeled it at 60 dollars or whatever.

File a claim about the abuse though, that is unacceptable
