Hi there,

We (two cousins & one friend) have seen a site for sale in residential state that we are interested to buy with cash.

Is it possible that more than one person can buy the site and build three houses by paying collectively the total amount?
Once three houses have built/liveable, can the houses be transferred to three people individually so three of them will be owner of their own to live or to sell in future?

Would above process be easily possible and no legal restriction?
I know it could be asked to a solicitor but I'm just wondering if anybody has done it or know someone who has done it in Ireland?
