visa debit card broken getting a replacement

    My visa debit card is broken up the centre the plastic is cracked right through. It's not far of being unusable so how do I go about getting a replacement do I have to ring or go online I have boi online banking if that makes a difference.

    Thanks for contacting us here on Boards.ie.

    A replacement card can be requested through our Online Service Desk, by selecting "Re-order ATM or Debit Card" from the drop down list of query types. Alternatively, you can call BOI365 on 0818 365 365 and a representative will be more than happy to arrange this for you. The replacement card is sent by post to the address on your account.
