Hi all. I'm a bit stumped. I purchased shares in A10 during their IPO. It now seems there is a lawsuit being filed against A10 in the US as it appears they used some of their pre IPO revenue to up the share price (i think ?). Anyway just wondering if should/can do anything from ireland ??? Its only a minor investment on my part but enough to feel the 'ouch' when share prices dropped bout 60%.

    Thanks guys !

Is it being handled through a class action? If so, not much you can do except make sure you are included.

Did you get a letter from the lawyers in the US? I haven't seen one in a while, but if I remember correctly, they send a letter asking if you wish to be included in the class.

Safest thing is to contact them directly and tell them you wish to be included (if that is what you want to do). They can advise of the exact process.
