A letter arrived at my mothers house summoning my brother for jury duty.My brother no longer lives at the house and for personal reasons, wont be contacted by anyone in the family.

Can we return the letter saying not at this address? Will he get in trouble?

Though he wouldnt be on the best terms with the family, the last thing we want is more trouble for him.

I can't imagine him getting in trouble. Return the letter. Explain the situation or not.

He should be removed from the electoral register at that premises.
