I have an android handset for which I can buy apps from the play store using direct carrier payment (DCP). Sometimes I tether an android tablet off the phone. Is it possible for me to purchase app(s) from the play store for the tablet and have it/them billed ( DCP ) to the phone ? If so, how to do ?
