I have been given the chance to buy a company car. A 10-reg Toyota Avenis, 165,200kms/102,526mls, price 7,250 euro. I have no idea of its service history, whether it's petrol, diesel or engine capacity, but is this a good price considering the mileage?

    Thanks

Will be a diesel avensis if its a company car. That mileage is not overly high for a now 5 yr old car.
Service history should be good as company cars are usually serviced on the button.

Good price imo, however that is all speculation until you have more details.

Assuming you are working for the same company who is selling it, can you not reach out to other employees and figure out who was driving it, then talk to them about it's history? Or surely the point of contact who informed you it was for sale would have contacts with who handed it over to them to sell. Do a bit of internal digging around.

    Thanks for the replies.

I am still waiting to get further details. Also available is a 08 Passat 5,250e 109,900 kms on the clock. That's not a bad price either or is it?

Again assuming the passat is a diesel , yes its a good price.
then 1.9 or 2.0. 1.9 was rock solid . 2.0 came with a pile of bother , oil pumps, injectors, DMF , DPF
One thing there, is the timing belt is probably due so may need doing. Very good value if the timing belt is done.

Best find out what engine it has before we can see if it is value.
