Safe area for family renting in Dublin

Hi!
I am moving to dublin and my office area will be in Beach hill, Clonskeagh, Dublin 4.
I am looking for safe and secure area to live with my family.
Any suggestion with decent rent upto 1500 euros fro 3 bed, 2 bath apartment/house?
I will have car, so can consider a location bit far but security is main concern.

How are dublin 24 , 22 areas? Tallagate, Clondalkin ?

Not sure either of those postcodes fit your requirements. Try Lucan maybe

Ditching the car and all the related expenses, if at all practicable might be an idea, it would allow you to live in a better area, close to work, win / win...

@Idbatterim my kid not going to school now, but he is two and a half years old so , in future it will be requirement...
Rest near the office area there are mostly 2 bed appartment/houses but not 3 bed. and if there are it cost around 2000 euros.

In some areas that would be considered late to put a child's name down for a school

if you only have the one kid, would you go for a two bedroom place that would be within budget, in a good area and close to work?
