    Hi all,

Just a quick question. Can i ice a chocolate biscuit cake with buttercream only? I usually use fondant but I have a request for buttercream and was wondering does this work ok? Will it absorb into the chocolate?

    Any help greatly appreciated!

    Thanks ðŸ˜႒

Technically you can but yeuk! Would prefer a ganache finish on a chocolate biscuit but each to their own I suppose.

Thank you for the reply. I was thinking gross myself, think the ganache or fondant is best!
