Legend of a Pro said goodbye to members of Tullamore GC today.

Top man & everyone is sorry to see him go.

Place will be a lesser place without him.

He has coached numerous Leinster players but most noteably Shane Lowry.

Go neiri an bothar leat Donagh:)

I was surprised to hear he is leaving as he's so associated with the club.Donagh is only around 47/48 so I'd be more surprised if he was retiring. Nice guy so I'd wish him well whatever he's doing.

Jesus, I remember when Donagh took over from John Kelly in Tullamore, I used play with some of the apprentice pro's that he brought through under him.
Donagh had a great wit about him, sorry to hear he's moving on.

I wish him all the best, it came as a shock to everyone in the club, hope he enjoys retirement, he might actually get time to play some golf again.

He gave us juniors weekly lessons during the summers, I must have been going for 6 or 7 years, he seemed to genuinely care and and want to help, he would also try and make things a bit more fun whenever he could.
