    Hi,
    I am not an entrepeneur.
    I have a Chinese friend who is always on to me about using his contacts to start different businesses between China and Ireland (tourism, importing goods etc).
    He is full of ideas but they all need some input (strategic thinking, business experience etc) from business people and I am wondering is there somewhere that I can direct him to where he can start partnerships with others who are interested in China - Ireland business?
