I just got a new mountain bike and want to keep it on the balcony of my apartment. I want to try to avoid drilling loads of big holes if possible, as I rent, but I just want something simple that I can hook the front wheel up high to hang the bike in the corner out of the way. Any suggestions of how I could do this with minimal damage?

Wow! That looks absolutely perfect!! Really cool, and cheap. I'd say I can use it with Sugru and not even have to drill any holes!

    Thanks!

    Careful now!
From http://www.getclug.com/ "...CLUG works with your floor..."...

It will hold you bike on the floor but I very much doubt if the bike will "hang" from it!!!

If you check out the website there's at least 5 bikes stored as op has done. It's not really hanging more balancing on the back tyre.

Nice tidy fitting though I might pick up a couple myself.

You mean balanced like the OP has done in the image they posted since what you quoted?? If you look at where the clug is on their front tyre, there's no way it's hanging in that position!

Ahhh I'm with you now. Yes this works as a balancing act and not as the original post looking for something to hang the bike up high from. A bit pedantic pat as I assume he realises this but I get your point none the less.

It comes with screws but I didnt want to damage the wall so I used Sugru. Magic stuff - its like putty that cures overnight into soft rubber. Sticks anything to anything - really firm but still has flex. Invented by an Irish girl. It's expensive but I've used it all over the place.
