    Does anyone know where I can get bacon or pork stock cubes in Cork.

    I've never heard of them either. For a bacon or pork dish I'd use either a vegetable or chicken stock cube.

    Knorr make Pork stock cubes, any half decent supermarkey should have them
    Bacon = never seen, maybe market opportunity there!

    There is nothing finer than the stock left over from boiling ham hocks, particularly when making pea soup with it. Maybe go with that rather than using cubes?

    Tesco sell ham stock cubes, I've bought (and subsequently dumped) them before.
