    This appears to be a Economic strategy game and based on what I can find it's allows payouts based on the time you contribute to it however I've no way of telling if this is a scam or not so be aware. The above post though seems to be someone referral baiting as there is a large enough reward for referrals.

    It's be introduced here before already. I'll close this thread.
