Cheltenham Preview Night, how does it work?

I'll admit I don't know much about racing. I work in IT and I've been asked by my local GAA club to help in an upcoming Cheltenham Preview Night.

Basically, I've been told that normally the 3 favourites for a race and maybe a 20/1 outsider are previewed. I have a few questions, as I've never been to one of these before.
    • How can I get videos of the horses? There is wi-fi in the club but I don't want to rely on that in case it fails so I'd like to have the races on my computer so I can play them.
    • Does showing three horses and an outsider sound right? Should I do this preview for every race at Cheltenham or just the Grade 1 races? The preview night is to last about 2 hours.
    • Has anyone gathered this info for a preview night before? If so, how have you gathered the info?
    • I presume I let the MC know what races I'll be showing?
    • Is there anything else I need to know?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Speak to your local Paddy Power.

The one I have involvement in gets DVDs from Paddy Power with previews of the main races with a few horses from each race shown.

Get the DVD in advance if they will supply one and give it to your MC so he's familiar with it and the order etc.

Paddy Power were very helpful supplying us with a few free matched bets and print outs of the latest odds etc

If you seriously want it to be that short, better to just focus on the Championship races, you wouldn't have enough time to cover anything else.

Some guy called Gleeson from RTE is the MC. I'm not sure who else other than that. There will be 4 or 5 on the panel.
