    Anyone heard if the circular is out? ASTI said it would be out early Feb but I'm wondering if the strike talks are holding everything up?!

    I contacted the ASTI in relation to this last week and they told me it would be issued "within the next couple of weeks".

    Thanks for the update, I'm in my second year now so am hoping it will apply to me next year. Trying to get a mortgage.
