Zanussi Washing Machine error

Help! Washing machine is on the blink. Zanussi model. Last wash went fine, then went to put it on again and it is showing ERR. Can't change any of the settings. Tried start and then reset to try to get the 3 dashes but no joy. Left it unplugged over night but same problem today. Can't change temp or spin or anything.…
