I resigned from my job in early December and I had a fight trying to get my annual leave paid ....I eventually got my pay at the end of January.

I have not worked since the beginning of December 2014 but then my company paid my holiday pay and notified Revenue 1/1/2015 - Revenue told Social Welfare that I worked when I had not....this was back pay of holidays from 2014

    What can I do?

AFAIK revenue should be able to supply you with a P45. With regard to the notification from Revenue to SW this was instigated by your employer re regding your employment in order to pay your holiday pay...just explain this to sw. If you cannot get a P45 then a letter from your previous employer should suffice. Be aware that you may be disqualified for up to 9 weeks from receiving sw payment when you resign without just cause.
