Arch Tech Graduate Career Choices????

I currently hold a Bsc in Architectural Technology. We were one of the first classes to use Revit back in 2011 and since I have gained certified professional accreditation from Autodesk.
I graduated in 2012 and since then have been unable gain employment or even experience through the jobsbridge intern scheme, not from lack of trying, I've been to many interviews and was willing to relocate but my lack of experience was the deal breaker.

Im now considering returning to college to either:
    1. Complete the honours degee in Arch Tech
    2. Take a course in Architecture (get away from being an architects "assistant" as some call it)
    3. Being proficient in Revit should I further educate myself as a BIM Specialist/Manager.
    4. I have noticed a number of job opportunities for Graduate and Junior Civil Enigneers so maybe this may be worth pursuing. As a civil engineer could I still prepare planning applications for domestic extensions and new builds in the evenings (my passion is architecure and the detailing side of things)?
    5. Completely jump ship and take a course in programming or IT.

I can see myself working in all of these areas but which one is the most financially sensible career to pursue?
