    How could they work?
Neighbour of mine has about 60 cattle owns 20 acres.
    I have 20 cattle own 90 acres.
We have transferred animals into my herd number a few times but I don't like it.
I want to increase numbers but am constrained by time with off farm work.
My neighbour could help me big time in this regard.
Is there partnership mechanisms that would avoid all this transferring of animals. Maybe where both our herd numbers could be combined.

Combined herd numbers answer is no.
One would need to be dormant. What's the problem with mixing? Isn't that what a partnership is about?

    Hi Folks,

Does anyone have a sample farm partnership agreement for beef farmers?

There is a sample on the Dept website but its dairy related.
