We have a farm and took an animal to the butcher so we could have it in the freezer. There is quite a bit of tail end packages in the returned meat. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to cook it, I've never cooked it and never ate it so not sure what to expect?

What do you mean by tail end? Are they the raggedy ends of different cuts?

Or the pointy tail-end of the fillet?

Looks like you'd be best off asking the butcher who did the job
