Hey there! I've graduated from UL, and I think the thing I miss the most of all is the Cajun sauce in the stables. I'm really struggling with withdrawal from the stuff. Anyways, since I'm too far from Limerick to go and get some when I fancy it, I've tried making it myself. However, all my attempts have been utterly useless and I'm still left with an empty void in my stomach that cannot be filled. Anybody have any suggestions how to make some Cajun sauce at home to mimic the amazing stuff from the stables? Or even one you can buy that's satisfyingly similar? Anybody that could help me on this would be FANTASTIC!
