I have a young 2 year old ewe with a proplem,it will fall down an put its away back looking up to the sky. When left to settle for a wee while its ok.It has started doing this a few days ago.The ewe was outside up till 2 weeks ago and has been inside since.I have no idea what is wrong with it and if there anything that can be done to stop it.
Just wondering does anyone no what it could be

If it's heavily pregnant it could be Twin Lamb Disease.

It could be listeria if you're feeding baled silage

If the ewe is normal in-between I think Listeriosis is unlikely. However it'll do no harm to treat for both conditions. Gid is another possibility. Brain abscess, maybe too.
