    LOoking to buy a phone . I have 3 cex vouchers but can i use 3 seperate vouchers to buy one thing on their website?

    Took them about a week to dispatch my items.

    But Jesus Christ getting a refund from them nearly killed me. Sent emails back and forth for weeks and weeks and finally got the refund a month later.

    Just pray to God your item doesn't arrive faulty.

    Terrible online customer care.

    CEX online are pretty good when it comes to dispatching items, but they are easily one of the worst companies going for returns. It took me a month to get a refund on an item that arrived faulty. Initially, I couldn't even get any response to emails until I left a message on their facebook page.

    My advice to anyone would be order it in from the website through your local store if you have one, as that way you can return it to the store relatively hassle free.

    One of my things came today but when i try to track the other it puts me onto the post office site and says it doesnt recognise the tracking number?? Am i after getting robbed??

    The short answer is not, CeX don't rob people. Have you tried entering the tracking number manually?

    No because I didn't get a tracking number. Just a link.

    I didn't mean are they robbing me ha I meant was there a mistake made :D
