When I first moved out and changed my address the staff member in the SW office just asked for our details and I gave my housemates details thinking nothing of it. I'm currently on Jobseekers and my partner is currently working part time…

I'm currently on Jobseekers and my partner is currently working part time and also receiving jobseekers (3 days).

I haven't yet applied for Rent Allowance but if so will I get in trouble seeing as we are a couple even though I didn't think it meant anything and didn't specify that when we first moved out?
