I was wondering do Zimmer use a specific Recruitment Agency. They are opening in Galway. I have looked at their own website but didn't see anything yet. I am not interested in a General Operator role.

Maybe send one to their Shannon dept, with a cover letter indicating you're interested in a position in Galway.
Any idea what skill set they look for? Might try myself

You can refine your search on Irishjobs.ie and search for zimmer as a keyword. A few jobs are there now e.g. production supervisor, quality engineer...

Does anyone know if they are considered good to work for. Do they pay well? Have they a good package for permanent employees?
