Our crowd has sent out contracts to be signed. I don't think terms seem to be too bad but there is some discontent from a few farmers.the terms are basically
-5 yr contract with 2 years notice after 3. So a rolling 2 yr contract once the first 3 are up
    -no share purchase needed
    - usual get out like retiring or selling up

What are the basic terms of other coops without getting into an argument about how good or bad they are.

People needn't say what coop they are with if they don't want...just wondering
what's the go of what's out there.

Continuous supply agreement with one year notice required. Commitment from processor that they won't seek money from shareholds to finance expansion.
