I have been living in a share house in the Uk I have now moved back to Ireland but I did not pay the last months council tax or water bill. Now I am debating if I should even pay them. First of all my name is spelt incorrectly on both bills, they have now forwarding adders and I am not planning on moving back to the uk. Will not paying have any affect?
