How do you stay fit on the cheap?

I use a great app called "You are your own gym," which is a huge database of bodyweight exercises and costs a few euro.

For strength I'll go to the old building site across the road and move the rubble around. 5 mins of deadlifting, pushing and flipping rocks and I'm bust, shaking like jelly.

Sprinting, this is great as it only takes a few minutes and you feel great after. Maybe 2 -3 mins light warm-up jog then 20 sec sprint, 10 sec rest, 20 sec sprint etc until you can't do it anymore, which is quick :)

I also do it in the evenings so I can save on heating!

I borrow the neighbour's dog. It's mad for walking, and drags me up and down the hills, I have to go fast to keep up! :)

Love this idea, I'm adding it to the list as its a good way to get to know the neighbours too!
