    Hi,

Moved to Sky Broadband a few days back, having been with Eircom for last 10 years +.

Using Microsoft Outlook and email address is @eircom.net.

Can receive emails but emails won't send, keeping getting spamhaus message about undeliverable email.
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

    Subject: test
    Sent: 02/02/2015 18:17

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

    XXXXXX XXXXXX on 02/02/2015 18:17
    Server error: '550 5.1.1 <xxxxxxxx@hotmail.com> Blacklisted by Spamhaus: http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=213.202.188.224";'

you need to change your smtp to the sky address seen this problem with vodafone, look on google how to do it but i think its tools>accounts>mail>properties and change the outgoing address to skys ,not sure what that is though

Your smtp server is likely still mail1.eircom.net.

    Change it to skys.

    Incoming mail server is pop.eircom.net
Outgoing mail server (SMTP) is smtp.eircom.net

Any idea where I can find the correct Sky mail servers?

    Thanks

Bet that made you feel great.

I came across 3 different types of settings for the sky servers when I googled already, hence why I asked did anyone have the correct one.

The smtp.tools.sky.com address he posted is correct though :)
