Flat Rate Expense Allowances

Hello, is it possible to claim more than one flat-rate expense allowance in a tax year?

I have worked in retail seven years, and always claimed a flat rate allowance. I moved job a couple of weeks ago out of retail. My PAYE Anytime is listing my two employers for the calender year. Can I claim an expense allowance for both, or do I have to have worked in retail for a certain amount of time, within the year, to claim that allowance?

    Thanks.
