Where to receive helpful info on updating cv etc

    I've looked at the stickies at the top of the forum but the threads on 'help for Interview & CV etc' are more than a few years auld with the info.

    I'm in my current job near on 8-years this year so it's been some time since I've updated my cv or even had a job interview for a paid position (have had interview for public sector voluntary position).

    Anywhoo, can anyone direct me to where I'd be best to receive info on updating my cv, cover-letter etc correctly (prob so out-dated now even in terms of layout - take it that info within will obviously be updated though).

    Are their any places that offer such a service? :o
