    Hello folks

Need some help, advise n ideas!

    Have a hymer swing b544 2001

Was broken into n the table, seat cushion n head rests were stolen last year

Some dirtbags needin spare parts....don't even go there

Replaced the table but it's not exactly sitting right

Kinda ignored the rest as we were able to get by as it was

    However

Kid No1 is due early summer so lookin to get the van tip top before all hell breaks loose....

I need to make up new head rests, new cushions and re jig the table as it's no sitting right.
The van is such that the table drops down to form the second bed.

Anyone know a place where I cold get sat cushions made up?
Would it be a good idea to get a head rest from a car n a scrap yard n adapt it?

Anyone have any cool interior ideas to use while the van is getting a make over?

Can throw up some pics if needed

    Cheers

    Howman

Throw up some pics. That would help. Where are you located? Any furniture maker will make cushions and covers for you as they are generally a rectangle and require only dimensions and no patterns. If the head rests are like ours they could be fairly simple too. Do you have the type of table where the leg hinges in the middle to allow it to sit lower and support the bed?

If you cut out the cushions yourself and just got them covered you'd probably save a few bob, I got several lidl foam mattresses in the 80% off section last year to redo ours you see them in the ikea discount section with dirty covers too.

There was a guy used to advertise in the munster free ads about 5 years ago for foam cutting:

Also this place in the doughcloyne:
    http://www.mcstaysofas.ie/aboutmcstay.html

"We also provide a foam replacement service. 'Cut to size', it will give your furniture a new lease of life. Foam in all grades available."

I think swan bedding is gone? They used to sell a bit for boats and stuff expensive though.
