Can someone give me the ins and outs with regards prospects for returning to education at 36 and studying hotel management .

I am currently a lab analyst and earning a good wage but I don't really care for my job, it's not a career just a job to me but would I be crazy to leave it if I'm permanent have full healthcare and earn over 60k a year to persue a different career ?

While the last thing I'd ever want to do is p!ss on anyones dreams, especially as I pulled out of one career to go down the legal route in my mid thirties I'd be very sure you knew what you were letting yourself in for.

The hotel/hospitality industry is very, very tough going in the early stages. If you've ever had a retail job x that by 10 and think what it would be like if you were living in the place.

Pushing 40 I'd be loathed to start at the bottom of a 24/7, 365 industry where 80 hour weeks are not uncommon.
