Average resort prices

    For anyone considering a Ski Holiday on a DIY basis heres a list of average prices in resorts.
    Flights and Accommodation varies too much to include but can be found on the the following sites

    France

    Pizza/Burger meal: €12-26

    Beers/Wine: €4-10

    Ski Passes: (average 6 days) €180-€350

    Ski Hire: €110-€190


    Austria

    Pizza/Burger meal: €7-12

    Beers/Wine: €3-6

    Ski Passes: (average 6 days) €150=€220

    Ski Hire: €80-€180



    Italy

    Pizza/Burger meal: €6-10

    Beers/Wine: €2-4

    Ski Passes: (average 6 days) €150-€210

    Ski Hire: €80-€140



    Swiss

    Pizza/Burger meal: €12-26

    Beers/Wine: €4-10

    Ski Passes: (average 6 days) €150-€350

    Ski Hire:€110-€140

    Beers/Wine: €3.50 (beer) - €5 (large glass of wine)

    Ski Passes: 5 (non consecutive) Days - €148 (usable in a number of neighbouring resorts) to €158 for 6 consecutive days

    Ski Hire: 6 days inc. boots €114, no boots €91

    for flights, Ryanair flies From Dublin to Memmingen which is perfectly located for Oberstdorf, unfortunately its only once a week during winter.
    Otherwise its twice a day from Dublin to Munich with Aerlingus, or almost daily with Lufthansa (and from Cork once a week on a Saturday).

    Worth noting that DUB - MUN Lufthansa route is not usually direct. Aer Lingus times are better, flight is direct and usu cheaper ;-)
