Finding it really hard to find shoulder of pork anywhere.

Looking to make pulled pork - have made it with loin of pork but this tends to be too dry.

Anyone know where to get a shoulder of pork?

A butcher should be able to order it for you if they don't have it already.

FX Buckley's Factory shop out in Greenogue Ind Estate in Rathcoole if you develop a taste for it and want to buy large amounts. Cooking - the longer, lower and slower the better.
    Sometimes it's called pork butt.

FXBs on Moore Street pretty much always has it. As do some of the butchers on Meath Street. Its not uncommon unless you only try the supermarkets.

Neck works better than shoulder imo. Try that, think it's cheaper..

I prefer neck to shoulder, I always use it for pulled pork.
