Claim Tax Relief

    Hi guys,

I'm filling the it31 form for a 1-year post-grad course (2014-2015). So far, I've paid half of the tuition fee in 2014 and I'm expected to pay the other half later in 2015.

My question is: should I fill the form for the FULL fee (even if I haven't payed all of it, yet), or should I only declare the first half? I can declare the second half next year, when I ask for a relief for 2015.

I don't want to screw up, I really don't want problems with the Irish revenue guys :D
