    Hi,

I need to get my sliding door off its rail to get a washing machine through. Never had to do it with this door that was fitted about 4/5 years ago. The previous one I could just lift it off. I tried to lift it but it seems it won't come up enough to come off. I only see one adjusting screw at the bottom front of the door. I lowered it as much as it seems to go down to but still no joy.

Any ideas? The sliding door was fit by K Windows if that helps.

I'll post up pictures if that help also.

I think this is why I can't get it off. Anyone know how to remove / adjust this ?

Have you tried an Hex/Allen key?

There was a phillips screw in that hole, I took it out. There's no movement from that peice of plastic.

Does it slide up instead of outwards?
