Have you viewed the car, have you done a car history check on it, how many previous motors, how long is it for sale?

You are never going to get a dealer's best price via random email enquiries. I'd also look at other cars, there are similar cars out there that are as good if not better than a Corsa.

Like I said on your other thread - it's expensive and a Swift would be a much better car. Don't rush into it - they are plentiful secondhand and try a few more options like the Swift, Fiesta and Clio.

All much, much better cars than the Corsa.

I will be viewing the car this weekend. I would post the car on here but I cant as i'm new :(
The car had 2 previous owners. I had a 01 corsa before and had no trouble with it. I like the design of the car but was wondering are they a good car? I know need to see the car and agree on price. There is a warranty with car as its from a garage on carsireland.ie

Yeah you are right, I have been looking around for a few months now. I am not a fan of the swift or clio. I do like the fiesta but at my budget 5k, I would be buying the old shape fiesta 08. I know the corsa 08 is now the old shape also but I think it is a nicer looking car and more modern than the 08 fiesta. NOW I JUST HAVE TO AGREE ON PRICE!

I fully agree with you the swift is miles better than a corsa and it's a bit nicer than a fiesta and Clio too imo. You can tell the op this until your blue in the face but they don't appear to listen to any advice on the multiple threads they've started. Expect another threads asking about a corsa shortly

Have a look at the Fiat Grande Punto, it shares many parts with the Corsa.

I'd put money on that Corsa being a rental car at some point in its life.

I had a 01 D before ex rental and had no problem with it. Would you not recommend it?

For some reason that Corsa feels old and tired very quickly. They aren't a bad car with the right engine and spec - but having had that exact model as a loaner car myself for an extended period they are woefully poor compared to other similarly priced and sized cars.

You seem convinced it's the car for you and if you buy it the very best of luck with it. But it really is worth spending a day having a look at other options.
