    Hi all,

I apologise if I'm posting in the wrong place..
I was wondering if anyone happened to know how much the materials would cost for a corrugated roof for my shed?

Its roughly 18 by 12 foot, it has a felt roof at the moment but it leaks a lot and with my plans to turn it into a little escape for myself this isn't good enough.
I heard a corrugated roof would be much less likely to leak.

    Thanks

Well it shouldn't leak if fitted properly. But a better option might be to go for insulated Decking. you can buy seconds reasonably enough and will be much warmer. Take a look on adverts and done deal. you'll find them there.

Corrugated sheets could be €1.60+vat per foot and upwards. Depends on sheet width, thickness, paint finish and non drip coating on underside.
Recommend getting a thicker sheet for roofing as more resistant to damage when walking on it. A wide sheet will cover around a metre when fitted. What is under the felt at the moment? Plywood or timber planks? Is it a flat roof, leanto or A roof?

Its a flat roof at the moment, to be honest I don't recall what's under the felt cause there has been light wood panelling on the ceiling for ten years now..
I think it might be insulation and supports as in wood supporting the roof but the panelling appears to be sagging down from the ceiling.

I'm afraid of how much it will cost in the end for the new roof.. I plan to put an expensive pool table in it so it's vital to me that I get the roof right.
I guess the only way to see how bad it is is to remove some panelling
